2025 Medicare Advantage products
December 6, 2024We are committed to ensuring that our members receive the best value for their health care dollars. This process involves evaluating our products and networks each year. As such, significant changes were made to Medicare Advantage products offered in 2025 that may affect the care you provide to patients with Medicare Advantage coverage. These changes were necessary because of increasing utilization—which is expected to continue—rising health care costs, and changing policies.
The changes that will take effect on January 1, 2025, will enable us to continue maintaining high-quality provider partnerships and providing best-in-class, quality health care for our members.
