Medicare Advantage
Cultural competency
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services requires Medicare Advantage insurers to include cultural competency as a searchable field within their provider directories. To be included in search results for cultural competency, you will need to complete an attestation form. You can learn more by reviewing the cultural competence and language assistance guide.
Compliance training
Below are links to annual general and specialized Medicare compliance training. These courses are available to all persons involved in the administration or delivery of MA Program benefits. Providers are advised to complete the training and to email Certificates of Completion to dentalproviderrelations@regencedental.com.
