2026 fee schedules are now available

You can now access all 2026 Regence dental fee schedules, including those for:

• Medicare Advantage dental plans

• Participating dental networks

• Preferred/ValueCare dental plans

There are two ways to access the schedules:

MyDentalCoverage

After signing into MyDentalCoverage, select Schedule of Allowances. Below, under Your Participating Networks, you will find the available fee schedules listed as PDF links. Note: Since benefits may vary by plan, be sure to check your patients’ member information to ensure you select the appropriate fee schedule.

Availity Essentials

Fee schedules can be viewed by logging into Availity Essentials and navigating to Payer Spaces>Regence>Resources tab>Reimbursement Schedules.

When reviewing a fee schedule, please note that:

• The absence of a code from the fee schedule does not necessarily indicate that the service is unpaid under the fee schedule.

• The inclusion or exclusion of codes and fees does not guarantee coverage or lack thereof.

Verify member eligibility

In addition to referring to fee schedules, always confirm benefits and limitations for each member’s plan. You can use these same two portals to verify patient eligibility:

• MyDentalCoverage (for all Regence PPO and Medicare Advantage plans)

• Availity Essentials (for Regence FEP plans)
