Regence Dental Claims Payer ID Change
June 25, 2026Beginning July 1, 2026, Regence will update the electronic Payer ID used to route Regence Commercial and Regence Medicare Advantage dental claims.
What’s changing: The Payer ID (and the payer name you may see in your system) will change.
What’s staying the same: Claims will continue to process for Regence members when submitted with the correct Payer ID.
Please submit Regence Commercial and Medicare Advantage dental claims using Payer ID: 89070 (payer name may display as United Concordia).
United Concordia processes dental claims for these Regence plan types, which is why the payer name in your system may display as United Concordia.
For Regence FEP claims, continue using the current Regence Payer IDs.
Regence Availity Payer IDs: Idaho – 00611, Oregon – 00851, Utah – 00910, Washington – 00932. If the Payer IDs do not match what is in your system, please contact your software vendor or clearinghouse. Do not submit Regence FEP claims to the new Payer ID.
Regence FEP members can be identified by an “R” at the beginning of the member ID number.
Submitting claims with the correct Payer ID will help avoid processing delays.
