As you may know, Regence Dental uses DocuSign for electronic signatures on documents such as the forms required for updating the status of your practice or submitting claims. DocuSign access codes are a security feature that adds an extra layer of authentication for recipients before they can view and sign documents. Automatic expiration settings are applied to these access codes as a fail-safe security measure.

DocuSign automatically sends a document void email when an access code expires. Please note that this void email does not mean that the documents completed have been voided; only the access code required to access the document for completion has been voided. This is done to ensure that sensitive information remains secure and that only authorized individuals can access the documents within a given timeframe.

To ensure a smooth document transaction, please promptly use the access codes generated before they expire.

If you have any questions, please contact Regence Dental Provider Support or email your dental network manager directly for confirmation or assistance.
